Unmasking Will, Attorney and Position of Trust Fraud

Protecting Families from Will and Inheritance Fraud

Has a loved one’s Last Will and Testament been changed in suspicious circumstances?

Have you, or has someone close to you, been left out of an inheritance in favour of a person who was previously unknown to the family or had only recently become involved in their life?

Has a relative become increasingly isolated or dependent on someone who may be exploiting their trust?

If so, this training has been designed for you.

This session explores how fraudsters identify and manipulate vulnerable individuals, influencing them to alter their Wills to the benefit of the perpetrator and to the exclusion of rightful beneficiaries. You will learn to recognise the warning signs, understand how this type of fraud operates, and know what steps to take.

Know the signs, unmask the fraud and make a difference.
